Underground is Gabanel’s training space designed to host and propose training courses, meetings, workshops and events, providing a space equipped and adaptable to different needs. A place where self-management can also be experimented and that allows associations to express themselves, companies to train and individuals to evolve.
In the basement, with separate entrance there are:
- a training room /congresses of 200 square meters with 70 seats
- round and rectangular tables to be managed independently
- video and audio equipment
- a reception room with watrdrobe
- bathrooms
- tavern with tables and chairs
- kitchen in self-management
Ideal for a sunset aperitif, an unforgettable pool party or a party surrounded by green hills.
The outdoor spaces are the perfect place for outdoor convivial moments where you can meet and have unlimited fun.

Outdoor spaces include:
- parking lot – 20 parking spaces
- swimming pool of 150 m2 with variable depth from 1 to 1.60 m
- porch of 350 m2 with tables and chairs
- large garden
- deckchairs and sofa area
- table football for eight people
- bonfire area with brazier
- Hermete’s Ludobus games
